USM had some balls to go after 'em on 1st and 2nd down. They knew UCF wouldn't run it... but I'm not sure why. There are over 3 mins on the clock.

Seems like every announcer I've ever listened to, but especially John Madden, likes to throw in that "A lot of people ask me..." line.

It's as if people are stopping in the streets to yell at Madden daily, "HEY JOHN, WHAT'S UP WITH THAT PENALTY STUFF?"

It was funny listening to Rece Davis set up Lou Holtz for some expert commentary . . . Lou would say something really obvious . . . Rece would then follow with the color commentary that he was trying to set Lou up for.

Lou is good for pointing out the painfully, I mean, painfully obvious. Game was both hard to watch and listen to.

As much as I love ours, theirs actually make more sense that ours or Fresno St's.

Fresno St are the Bulldogs........

Tennessee of course is the Volunteers......

But UCF are the Knights! So I guess that's more of a "ChessBoard" Endzone.
