| a little surprised Bags let it go on. He was gassed though, guess knowing Murray only had to win one and was holding serve, he let it go. |

| Makes me sick I have to miss tomorrow's matches. I work less than half the days of the year, but the day I have to go back is probably the best day in tennis. *sigh |

| | Senior Member | Tomorrow is a tremendous day to be a professional tennis fan. You've got Djokovic and Federer both playing, but forget them. Murray/Cilic; Ferrer/DelPo; Tsonga/Fish and Baker/Kohlschreiber.
I've always been partial to Super Saturday during the US Open as the 'best day in tennis," but there's no false advertising from ESPN's proclamation about tomorrow.
How does everyone see this thing shaking out? I really don't know and wouldn't mind to see a new champion.
I like Djoker on the top half. I have no idea who's coming through the bottom half. Tsonga? Murray? No idea, but someone will see it as a golden opportunity and take advantage of the fact they don't have to face Nadal in order to make it to the final.
I think Baker takes out Kohlschreiber tomorrow as well. Ride the wave.

| | Disgusting! | I love the Ferrer/Delpo match. I don't know how to predict it, though I will go delpo. I think Baker wins as well. Murray over Cilic.
Man, I want Fish to beat Tsonga -- Fish dislikes Tsonga just as I do -- but I don't see it happening. |

Bags is a really nice guy. He wouldn't enjoy getting boo'd off the court. |

| | Disgusting! | Here we go:
Novak Djokovic vs. Viktor Troicki (I may have put some money on this. I'll funked if there is an upset.)
Roger Federer vs. Xavier Malisse (I like Mallise, generally speaking. I think he is a lot better than his ranking indicates, but I don't like him THAT much. Fed should win in three. If there is an upset, it may or may not cost me a sizable sum of money.)
David Ferrer vs. Juan Martin Del Potro (I have a bit of a mancrush on Delpo (this is because I saw him play live in the summer of 2009 about two weeks before he won the US Open. To see a guy that size hit a jumping backhand a la Marcelo Rios is a pretty impressive thing to see in person.) So, I'm leaning Delpo. Line is Delpo-140, so if he loses against the always-game David Ferrer, it isn't going to cost me too much money.)
Marin Cilic vs. Andy Murray (Murray is at -450, which I think is the bargain of the day. I'm probably gonna toss down a C-note on that one.)
Tsonga vs. Fish (Fish hates the dirty frenchman just as much as I do. I'm probably gonna lay off this one, but go Mardy.)
Brian Baker vs. Kohlschreiber (This a very interesting match. Baker is +165, which is probably about right. Kohlschreiber is playing really well and should probably be slightly favored, but I really like the way Baker is playing. Don't count him out |

| | Disgusting! | Keep in mind that Malisse also played a five setter and Malisse is older than Fed.
Fed took the first set. I'll take it.
Serena won.
Kvitova split sets. Now starting the third.
Sharapova lost the first set. |

| | Senior Member | Kid, you watching the matches or just keeping up with the scores? If you bet on Federer today, you might want to get the Pepto Bismol ready.
Federer is hurt and took a medical time out for his back. He even left the court for several minutes. He could barely move at the end of the first set. Malisse gave Federer the first set in that tie breaker.
Cahill stated that Federer has never retired from a match, but saw no way that Federer could continue.
Play suspended because of rain and Im guessing they are breaking to close the roof, which may give Federer time to loosen his back up.
Federer doesn't look good at all.
