| A local sports talk station out of Atlanta - if you can believe anything coming out of Ga - has Spurrier leaving South Carolina after this season. Seems that ole Stevie boy isn't happy in the land of the cocks for various reasons and is looking to bolt after this FB season. If this is true then something must be going on because Spurrier did an outstanding job last year given what he had to work with. I look for the Gamecocks to kick UGA's ass this year and to play UT/Fla real tough. I don't believe he can beat UT or Fla twice in a row with what he has at Carolina but do believe the Cocks will beat the dawgs because they should have kicked Ga's butts in Athens last year. BTW, several UGA friends of mine - one who played FB there - say they don't believe the dawgs will be a top 20 team this year; they point to QB weakness and problems elsewhere and say Ga's very talented RBs can't carry this team through a rugged SEC schedule. |

| I can immediately think of one SEC school that doesn't have money problems who might be looking for a coach at the end of the season. |

Tennesse for his liking....

We all know Fulmer is the greatest leader since Alexander the Great and will remain at UT until he ascends to the heavens to take his rightful place among the panteon of deities. |

Actually Stevo could contend for a NC at Tennessee, but not a South Carolina. IMO (which is usually right). |
