Germany struggled to win that game - they should consider themselves lucky.

yea Germany looks like they will give up a few goals.I believe this will be an exciting Cup this time around especially if America gets through to the second round.

If we make it through the first round, we can beat anyone

Yeah well we need to finish first out of our group or we will face Brazil and that won't be pretty.

Brazil may seem miles ahead of everybody else, but I think they are beatable. I don't think we will be the team to do it, though. I think that implies we are meeting in the semis, or maybe even the title game.

Watching Ecuador vs. Poland right now. Really defensive, slow moving.

Do you guys really care about soccer? I would rather watch paint dry.

Then there is no need for you to read nor post in this thread. Don't try to ruin everyone else's fun, k?

We were thoroughly embarassed today. Terrible effort by the USSF.

What happened to us? Our offense looked horrible with all the sideways and reverse passing. I thought'd we'd moved past that phase.

After yesterday, I'm just hpoing we can break the European soil curse and get one good victory in our group.

Why do we have horse jockeys on our team?

After Koller headed the Czechs' first goal, the gameplan changed. With this, the Americans panicked, which was embarrassing. They pretty much need a victory over Italy to have a real chance to advance.
