Where are all the people saying pitchers don't use performance enhancers at now? As time progresses, we will see that steroids and HGH are as common in MLB as they are in the WWE.

No telling how far this will go, but IMO this is misguided energy, money and time for the FBI in this day and age. Using FBI to shake down a no count pitcher after you already have Victor Conte sp. is a joke.

I love it. This ends the one man witch hunt that has been conducted against Barry Bonds. Now everybody can get their dirty laundry aired. Grimsley played for the Yankees in the late '90s-early '00s. Nothing would make me happier than him implicating some of the guys the media spent all that time fawning over for their "professionalism."

Too bad MLB couldn't be the ones agressively seeking info. Hat, here comes some of that justice that you love so much. It is amazing how Barry has taken all the wrath for the steroid pandemic.

Why do I get a feeling Barry is greatly enjoying these recent revelations? When all is said and done, it's going to become apparent that Bonds was simply the best of his era. It will become obvious that steroid and HGH use was so rampant that one cannot reasonably say that Bonds had any real advantage over his competition.

I am no Barry Bonds fan. Didn't like him in Pittsburgh, don't care for him in SF, but he is easily the best hitter in the modern era, and ranks in the top 3 all time best in baseball. If he got along with the media better he would be recognized as such. He has been a target for too long, and deserves the vindication.

Jason Grimsley's performance was enhanced to the point he was a less than mediocre journeyman (42-58; 4.77 ERA). That may be the most personally embarrassing part of the revelation.

Not sure how to feel about this. While I am glad this isnt just "The Barry Bonds Hunt", this could be bad for one of my favorites, Albert Pujols. Grimsley's trainer was Chris Mihlfeld, whom he even thanks in his diary from July 05 for help with "his quick recovery from Tommy Johns". http://mlb.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/pa/news/arti..._news&fext=.jsp

This guy is also Pujols's trainer, and has been since community college. http://www.810whb.com/scripts/archives/get...string=noSearch

One has to wonder what this moron was doing receiving the HGH at his frickin' HOUSE instead of getting it directly from a trainer at a gym like Bonds, so that it wouldn't trace directly to him. Unreal.

You don't know what a statement you just made! I am in contact with the G men and have valid reasons for their assistance or to pass on information. But the bulk of the time spent is them explaining to me why they can't do something. Its not just the FBI. Plus there is a new breed of "agent". I could go on and on. But I will stop now for fear of having my computer confiscated!
