I think it is time for the Titans to step up and be fair to Steve McNair.I'd even go as far as saying maybe we should get rid of the front office and settle this lingering dispute.Actually I don't know what the Titans have up their sleeve.I could pull for the Colts if the Titans keep messing around though.Steve is my favorite Titan by far!

The Titans and Ravens can't agree on compensation for the move is my understanding of the holdup. Also, there is no love lost between these two organizations and I don't think the Titans really want to give the Ravens any more time than they have to to get McNair up to speed on the Ravens offense.

I think McNair's grievance hearing is today or tomorrow, so maybe some resolution will be forthcoming soon.

Hope so, I really like McNair. It'd be good to see him get a ring and cement a spot in the Hall...
