All-Star Challenge -weekend of 5/20

This race is two weeks from this weekend 5/6. This is not a points race for the Cup. However, I'm thinking of doing something new that's not been done before. I'll put out a post for the pole winner (as usual) and give those who get the pole winner 20 additional points. Also, in lieu of doing a top 5, we'll do just a top 3 but the points will be different than what the drivers normally get. I thought this would be a good set up for the top 3.
If the three drivers you pick end up in the top 10, you get a certain number of points for that driver(see below). If he is not in the top 10-no points. I think that is fair. I'm in a NASCAR pick'em similar to that. Here is the point set up:

1st -30
2nd -25
3rd- 20
4th -18
5th-16
6th-14
7th-12
8th-10
9th-8
10th-6
