Art Shell gets Raiders job

I guess after the Steelers Offensive Coordinator completely blew him off and Bobby Petrino turned him down for the 3rd time, Al Davis decided to reach back a decade for Plan C.

The Raiders have become a complete joke.

Put TO on one side; Randy Moss on the other; and hire Jerry Springer to be the GM.

I actually saw a interview with Moss this past season and he seemed like a totally different guy. He wasn't cocky and was pretty down to Earth.

I'm telling you, as long as Al Davis is in control the Silver and Black will be a faded memory. It's a shame. Three years from being in the Super Bowl, it's hard to imagine.
