I haven't seen any news today but some of the second shift guys coming in say they've been reporting on ESPN that if Jones will let Parcells out of the last year of his contract, he might be headed to Detroit. Anybody heard anything concrete about this?

First I have heard of it.....I would be surprised if he did, why would he make such a move? I guess you never know.

Because that seems to be his M.O. He takes a team that's hit rock bottom, builds them up, then moves on to another bottom feeder.

Even though Dallas just missed the playoffs this year, you know they are just a few moves away from being a very, very good team. Some OL's and maybe a little secondary help and the Boys are a legit Superbowl contender. Why would Parcells leave that?

I hope he does stay put. I'd love to see another Lombardi trophy in Big D.

Who knows? It may just be another rumor but it was all over the plant where I work by 4:00 this PM. It didn't make a lot of sense to me but then what does anymore? I personally thought "Wildman" Jones would fire him because he didn't take them all the way this year. Don't forget what happened to Jimmy J.

Lions definitely qualify as bottom feeders. Have won two playoff games since 1957.
