| You all were completely right. The NeuroCore was complete garbage. Instructions said to only use 1 scoop upon first use, but I used 2 scoops because I expected it to be weak. Didn't feel anything at all from it. Not a good sign after using for the first time, IMO. JACK3D is loads better than this was. I will have to find some somewhere. |

While I am on the subject, do you know anything or have any suggestions concerning AminoX by BSN? |

IMO all you need is a good pre-workout (jack3d), creatine monohydrate (EAS phosphagen or ON creapure), & a good protein (ON gold standard 100% whey). Again JMO |

| Got the JACK3D. Everything is good now.
Another question though. How many days a week do you all normally lift weights? And if so, how many times a week do you workout certain body parts? |

| | smh | Good rule of thumb is two days of rest a week and 96 hours to recoup targeted muscle groups |

| My summer class has been messing up my mojo. Hit it hard tonight and am going to try to get back into a solid routine. I think I'm going to switch it up and go 5x5 for a while. |
