His strengths are he probably has a top 3 back, and the best legs in the business. Legs don't usually win competitions, though. Bad legs will lose competitions, but outstanding legs won't win them.
IMO, Kai's biggest issue has been contest prep. I think he's a bit of a headcase and if he is thrown off mentally, crap hits the fan. |

| Don't follow bodybuilding. Wished it was more about asthhetics than size like it was in the earlier days. |

I don't keep up with any of that anymore; however an old roomie of mine that got me into working out (he was an amateur bodybuilder, now in the Marines) had all sorts of old Olympia tapes around. That was some truly impressive stuff. |

I can appreciate the size, but at the same time, a guy like Zane isn't getting in the door these days, and that's a shame. You'd probably like Ronny Rockel: |

| Bodybuilding has become too much of a size game. The last of the aesthetically pleasing bodybuilders were in the 80's. Now everyone looks like a damn cartoon. |

| | smh | Size is all it's about anymore. Back in the day it was about proportion. I truly believe that bodybuilding was much more difficult in the 60's and 70's than it is now. |

| The best bodybuilders are all antiques now. It's more inspiring to look at old photos than the crap that's out there now. I used to be a long time subscriber to Flex magazine but I let it go last year b/c it was too out of touch with reality. |

| I'm convinced Dennis Wolf would win the Olympia if he would do something less douchey with his hair. |
