I posted it earlier in the thread, it is Layne Norton's basic concepts. It has worked great. I only plan to lose about 10 more lbs in another 6-7 weeks. Slow dieting is the way to go.

Nice. I will go ahead and order another bottle. I heard about the increased libido but not about the swollenness.

I guess it gets you swole in more way than one.

I think I'm gonna do away with squats. I know they're the most complete leg lift, but they don't feel right. Even with no weight on the bar, going deep just doesn't feel natural. I have a really long torso, and my back gets exhausted holding the weight before my legs get tired of lifting it. I think I'll get more out of leg press.

Bummer. Squats are my fav, right after dead lifts. They make me feel like kickin some ass!

I understand that, with me being 6'5 and a long torso it is tough. The last few weeks I have either gone lighter squats or not used them. I wish my gym had a good hack squat.

I bought a manta ray for the bar, totally changed squats for me. I still don't go heavy, but my reps with 225 have skyrocketed since I got it.
