Hopefully I'll build up a bit of an immunity, but I'll be prolonging the taper. I'll probably go at least a week on just the one pill.
I drank water religiously all day, and still woke up with a bit of a hangover this morning. I think I pretty much quit drinking after dinner, and that may be what did it. Or, I may have just had a rough sleep. I took a melatonin (sp?) capsule, as suggested by somebody on here. I had been waking up fully rested from those, but not this morning. I also went to bed an hour early last night. I would have thought that would make me feel better, though, not worse. | An interesting side effect to compound 20 that many have reported is an all day swollen member. I noticed about 2 weeks in but dismissed it. The wife spoke up though so I looked around, others have reported it as well. No wonder its so popular. |

I heard about the increased libido but not about the swollenness.
I guess it gets you swole in more way than one. |

| I think I'm gonna do away with squats. I know they're the most complete leg lift, but they don't feel right. Even with no weight on the bar, going deep just doesn't feel natural. I have a really long torso, and my back gets exhausted holding the weight before my legs get tired of lifting it. I think I'll get more out of leg press. |

I wish my gym had a good hack squat.
