| Well I take those a couple times a week and they mess me up sometimes if I haven't had enough sleep the night before. Otherwise I'm fine on them. I may just stick to two pills a day and taper onto that. |

They advertise "about the same amount as a cup of premium coffee" and are referring to a Starbucks energy blend. |

| Okay cool. Thanks. I thought 300mg was a lot more than it is. |

| Is the tapering on that is recommended primarily due to the caffeine or the DMAA? A quick google search turned up nothing. The reason I ask, is when I take a 5 hour energy, if I take it too early, I get a terrible feeling and cant concentrate at work when the caffeine wears off. I'm wondering if I can jump straight into one pill in the morning and one around lunch, so that the caffeine is more spread out over the day.
If the initial taper is due to caffeine, I wouldn't be worried, as I'm already used to 200mg of caffeine from 5 hour energys. If it's from DMAA, I'll stick to the recommended dosage. |

My left shoulder kept giving out/locking up last night doing chest. I was less than happy to put it mildly. |

| Felt something on the front top of my right knee doing wide leg squats this morning. First time that's ever happened. My left knee is the one that feels tweaky sometimes. Getting old sucks. Y'all take advantage of your youth. Don't waste it.

| Bleh. Yesterday was my first day adding OxyElite with my Compound 20. BLEH! I hate caffeine! I felt like ass all day. First the jitters, then the complete lack of energy. Since I don't drink sodas or coffee, I think I'm extra sensitive to the caffeine. Hopefully I'll build up a bit of an immunity, but I'll be prolonging the taper. I'll probably go at least a week on just the one pill.
I drank water religiously all day, and still woke up with a bit of a hangover this morning. I think I pretty much quit drinking after dinner, and that may be what did it. Or, I may have just had a rough sleep. I took a melatonin (sp?) capsule, as suggested by somebody on here. I had been waking up fully rested from those, but not this morning. I also went to bed an hour early last night. I would have thought that would make me feel better, though, not worse. |

| Been dieting for 11 weeks so far, lost 25lbs. I have not lost any strength or muscle. About to have a much needed break tonight and try to consume the taco 12 pack. I am so pumped to wreck my diet! |
