What are some of yalls leg workouts? I like to keep it simple. Mine:
Squats
Leg Press
Leg Extensions
Leg Curls
Deadlifts
Calfs |
I am always rotating exercises and the order, but typical quad/hamstring day:
Leg extensions, Legg Press, Squats, Lying leg curls, seated leg curls, stiff legged deadlifts. |

What are some of yalls leg workouts? I like to keep it simple. Mine:
Squats
Leg Press
Leg Extensions
Leg Curls
Deadlifts
Calfs | Walk briskly .5 miles
Leg Extensions
Leg Press/Squats/ or Front Squats
Hack squats/Sissy Squats/or Leg Press with feet together
Straight Leg DL's/or Lunges
Lying Leg Curls/Seated Leg Curls/or Jefferson Squats
Seated Calves/Standing Calves/or Donkey Raises
And I did legs yesterday, experimenting with form on Straight Leg DL's. I'd say there's merit to both locking out and using a slight bend. I felt like the slight bend gave me more of a focus on the lower part of the hamstring muscle, and straights worked the whole muscle better. |

| Bought a new kind of protein powder earlier this week, and I have to say...it is by far the best tasting I've ever had. It is Cinnabun Trutein. Trutein by TruNutrition Sciences
I know taste is at the low end of importance, but the profile on it is good, so good taste is an added bonus. I'd highly recommend.
The cut is going well too. Down 7 pounds in ~4 weeks. I've been wanting pizza or a big burger so bad, but I haven't given in. |

If I do front squats, I like to follow it with hack squats, because fronts are imbalanced towards quads, and hacks are more hamstrings. But mostly it's just about changing it up to shock the muscles and hit them from different angles. |
