| I think Peyton will be 2nd or 3rd in voting with LT being MVP. Sure would like to see Peyton do a three-peat though. I think a lot depends on the games against San Diego and Seattle. These two games may make a difference. The "fat lady" hasn't sung yet. I think you also have to give
some credit to a couple of other players on the Colts too.

| Brad Johnson, Carson Palmer and Ladanian Tomlinson are also good candidates.

| Shaun Alexander has a pretty good shot as well. Frickin' TD machine.

[b]well, the best player in the league is of course T.O. but since he was robbed of his season. i say it will be Peyton, maybe him and edge spit the award. | I'd rather see that any day... rather than him having to share the MVP with someone as retarded as Mcnair.
I do think that edge is a big part of the colts but.... He wouldnt do as well... still well... but not as well if peyton didnt change some many of the plays at the line to give him openings. The mans got vision. He studies film more than I studied for my college finals. |

| I don't think LT will get it, but surprisingly Palmer is sneaking up. I say edge, Palmer, and Manning at the end of the year. |

| I know he put the win on the record but Palmer sure didnt help his chances with his 48% completion on 27 attemps for only 93 yards and a passer rating of 53 on sunday. |

| If Colts go 16-0, Peyton wins it. If Peyton throws 3 picks against Seattle, Alexander wins it...unless the Vikings win their division, then Brad Johnson has to be the choice.

| Absolutely no possible way Brad who??... oh Brad Johnson gets it over Peyton Manning. Going undefeated is not the only way to get a MVP award. The Colts havent been undefeated the last 2 years but that didnt stop him then. |

| oh, let's see...
Peyton obviously, but to me, Edge has been the thing the Colts have relied upon, and set Peyton and the WR's up to do what they've done the 2nd half of the season so far...plus the Defense was so strong early...
Shaun Alexander...very viable candidate....
LT...same as above.
Tikki Barber? long shot maybe??
Steve Smith, no one has accounted for more offense on one team than him this year, but limited touches per game would probably limit him, but monster year from the little guy.
the entire Bears' Defense?
Carson Palmer, if they win the AFC North...eveyone likes a worst to first story.
so short list:
Peyton
Edge
Carson
LT
Shaun

| I don't know if he was "robbed" of his season, but I am pretty sure at some point is his life he was robbed of humility, reason, and the ability to shut his mouth. |
