Over 2 million per year. I think it is the most in the country. Tell me if anyone finds anything different. The new facilities help a ton once you get these numb numb heads on campus

In state talent forces UT to recruit on a much wider area. That's why closing the fence around Tennessee was important for Dooley. The recruiting budget is not a problem. The results might be.

South Carolina spent 2 million less and got better tallent.

look at south carolina high school football its much better there than in tennessee...in fact the only SEC states that tennessee beats high school talent wise is mizzou and kentucky

I thought it was 1.4million which wouldn't be anything to sneeze at. Tops in the nation if memory serves correct.
