Chicken Salad Chick is supposed to be coming to Knoxville. 8008 Kingston Pike, which is the location of the Tropical Smoothie Cafe across from Trader Joe's near West Towne Mall. If you like chicken salad, you're going to love this place.

Last Friday we gave Ham'N Goody's a try. The Kil-Roy sandwich is legit. The BLT'N Pimento Cheese was OK.

When we did the Mother's Day buffet for Peerless it was always pretty damn simple. Just make sure there were always fresh plates going to the buffet room and make sure your tables were consistently having their dirty plates removed. It was a long day on a day we were normally closed, but it was an easy $225+

Buffet on Easter and Mother’s Day is definitely the way to do it.
