Fulmer

Over/under: Half the people who hate on Fulmer are old school Majors supporters & the other half were still cuddling cabbage patches?

The smear campaign by the media will not stop until we win! They (media) only get clicks on smear campaigns and regretfully that's the society social media has created. Our recruiting class will not be so great this year but Ill take a coach that can coach em up over over a 3 star recruiting whiz (Jones) any day! Next years class will meet our expectations and an off season of good coaching with the talent we have will expose the previous regime!

Tying in to something Clay Travis wrote a week or so ago, I think that a lot of the most vociferous attacks have come from journalists whose primary source for inside information is, in one way or another, tied to Jimmy Sexton. It's my belief that Sexton called the dogs on us when his client got torched with the PSU tag. There were rumors out there that Sexton had "decreed" that Schiano would be next to get a HFC gig. I don't know if Sexton really has that kind of sway but there must be some reason that so many coaches hire him because the truth is that there are plenty of people who can draft, review, and negotiate contracts.

Watch the part in the movie Blind Side. All the coaches show up to see Michael. One of the coaches says, “Oh dang here comes Fulmer it’s over now”! When he goes to the house the ****s over!

👍👍👍

Fulmer was thought of as the closer. Maybe some y'all didnt follow recruiting back then but, kids used to not commit to TN until late in the process. Fulmer was the closer. ****! some of them we didnt know about till when fax rolled in.

Fulmer only wants to help Pruitt and the University of Tennessee regain their place in the SEC, he's a true VFL if there ever was one!:hi:

Young people love the edgy young coach that they can relate to and all , but at the end of the day, the kids and the parents of those kids want to play for a coach they feel has control, knows what he's doing, and has the connections needed to get them from college to the NFL . That's what they got with Fulmer. He didn't come across as a used car salesman and that's mostly why he reeled in the Jamal Lewis' and Mannings of the world. Regardless of his endgame or agenda, having Fulmer recruiting for you is never a bad thing.
