I dont understand these odds... like 2 to 1 or 6 to 1 ... can u break down these odds for a blue collar guy?

The choice will be Patterson....why? Because Patterson can easily bring his entire staff with him.

Very interesting Norvell is second. Which doesn't seem to match up with Currie's comment s about a big time hire. Gotta be Kelly, Gruden, or Patterson.
