| Prayers please!!
just got this from one of my co-workers who i am real good friends with. Quote:
Many of you knew I left suddenly around 2:25 yesterday. I truly appreciate all the phone calls, thoughts, prayers, and inquiries last night and this morning.
If you don't know any of it, here it is.
***Our kids don't know everything yet so PLEASE don't ask Ethan about this today.***
Scott, my husband, had me take him to the ER yesterday because he thought he might be having a heart attack. Blood work came back okay - no heart attack. They kept him overnight for observation and for more tests today to find out what caused the chest and arm pain. Doc told me not to go today to the hospital because I'd be in a waiting room for hours and would not be able to see Scott until all tests are finished. So I came on to work - planning to go this afternoon when tests are almost finished - - to hear what the cardiologist found.
That's what the boys (and I) knew this morning.
Things changed a little while ago and the boys don't know this yet: (We'll tell them this afternoon/evening.) Scott called me a little while ago and said "I'm not having any tests today. The doctor wants me to rest so I can have a heart catheterization tomorrow. They kept drawing blood every 2 hours last night for more readings - - turns out I did have a heart attack yesterday and have had one before but didn't know it."
I'm leaving in a few minutes. Scott told me to wait until after school but I'm going anyway.
I'm thinking I probably won't be here tomorrow. Tiffany, Elouise, and Vicki have offered to help out as much as possible (no surprise! - thanks, girls!) If you have something that can wait until I return, go ahead and email me. I'll get to it asap.
Sorry this is so long - - just trying to fill in the gaps.

| update, hes still in the hospital, they are keeping him for observation. they are gonna try and do a stress test this afternoon
