| Wings and Beer near campus. Well, I know where I'll be most Saturday's this fall, but I'm trying to find a place that will be suitable for away games and NFL Sunday's.
What I really want is a place I can get some really good wings and relatively cheap beer. I prefer wings that make you sweat, make your gums swell up and make you beg for your mother. Anyone know of a good place near campus? Preferably a place I can walk to and from.

| I'd prefer a mom and pop place. Besides, I've eaten BW3 so much that I'm pretty much immune to their blazin' sauce. The ones I'm eating right now are pretty good. We have a place down here in Jacksonville called Fastboy's and they have a set called "Whew!" wings. They're really hit or miss with them, but this particular batch has me 3 wings in and about to pour my 4th beer.

It completely lacks in bar atmosphere, but it has wings, beer, and is near campus. I'm a geek and actually enjoy the NTN trivia - so I enjoyed going there.
As bars go, I, for some reason, had a soft spot in my heart for Rick's Place (I lived in West Knoxville...). They always had an amazing way to make a hamburger that was either completely amazing...or a tasteless grease ball...nothing in between. |

| I forgot one major thing. They must have ALL NFL games on. Not that I'm not a Titan's fan, but I have to see my Eagles on Sunday.
And Tenn, I too am a fan of NTN, I actually had the national thig going for a while as My local sportsbar in NJ carried it. I really got ruined on BW3 here in Jacksonville, as we had possibly the worst service ever, and I went out back to smoke and witnessed not one, but two, drug deals. I'll definitely have to give it a shot. It's either that, or host NFL sunday in my dorm

| Additionaly, there's very few domestics I'll drink. I'm somewhat of a beer snob, so I don't really think I'll fall into the $1 bo0ttles category
