i bet you wouldn't want to see the calorie count in what you ate at cracker barrel. you said you were hungry, i always bring some fruit in for a mid morning snack. like a bowl of strawberries or pineapple, etc. it'll help

Not a subway guy....not very good for ya. I have no idea what I'm getting, maybe a starbucks turkey cranberry pesto sandwhich....those things are amazing
