I plan on signing up for a half marathon downtown Orlando in October. Also plan on doing the Half Ironman again here in Orlando next May again. Also want to do a couple "short" tri's before then to warm up.
Just need to get off my ass and get my miles back up and in shape. |

| Cool. I'm gonna try and do another sprint tri this year. There is one Aug 22nd and another one Oct 3rd. I would prefer to the one in Oct but I'm a little worried about what the water temp will be. I have thought about looking into a couple of 10k races. I don't think I'm ready for a half marathon yet. that's about 13 mile isn't it?

I haven't done that but may have to at some point. |
