| Yeah me too. Mine has a vinyl top too, so you gotta be careful picking colors. If it didnt have the vinyl top i was going to go with orange. |

| | VN Night Watch | Not really the best time for muscle car rebuilding. Barrett Jackson has pretty much ruined the muscle car scene over the last 6-7 years. A shell of anything considered even remotely classic fetches a ridiculous price now.
That said, if I could do any rebuild, a C-Body Chrysler New Yorker would be my top choice right now. Would be a different car next week, though.

It is a heavy car but he and his girlfriend's dad just built a 383 stroker motor for it. | That's either a 66 or 67, I don't know the difference, but it is not a 65. I would want to have a 64 conv. with tri-power & 4 speed.

| Are you trying to tell us that the "rest of the story" is that Richard Petty is your father? |

| 1971 Plymouth Satellite Sebring. Mine didn't look as good and was powered by a wheezy old 318 with a 2bbl carb, but I loved it and wish I'd been able to put some money into it.

my dad had an original one, not the 427 though, one of the older 289s. | This was my first thought.
