I lived in Columbus, and yeah the mangos. I worked at Meijer in the produce dept, and people were always asking for mangos. I worked in a grocery store here for about 3 years and they thought I was crazy when I mentioned mangos. That word brought back some memories.

I lived in the Mansfield area, we had a Meijers too. We went to Columbus regularly, my wife's best friend lived there.

While at a restaurant in Pennsylvania I ordered pigs in a blanket for my little nephew. To both our surprise, a huge plate of some kind of meatloaf looking concoction wrapped in cabbage was placed before the boy. Not weinies wrapped in a biscuit...God I laughed...

I was in Hartford Conn. at a sub place and the girl asked if I wanted to try a grinder. I said "right here in public"? She didn't laugh.

owh, that is another one, when I lived in WV Pigs in a blanket were mini hot dogs wrapped in biscuits. Living in Pittsburgh pigs in a blanket are the cabbage rolls, it's a hungarian thing or a slovac I dont know.

When my sister moved to Pittsburgh to attend Duquesne University, her roomate came home one day, and asked if she wanted a jumbo sandwich, she replied "I'll take something smaller" her roomate said no, its bologna.

That does stink b/c it's likely related to some post nasal drip crap meaning you've got some stuff in your head that's gonna have to come out... I'm sorry friend but it's looking like a snotty weekend for you

OR maybe you just slept with your mouth open and you need some water and your throat will feel right as rain
