My brother is a big wig at PNC bank downtown, he doesn't even wear a tie to work anymore unless he has a meeting, then he wears a suit. I do dress up, dont get me wrong. I dont know if I could do it like Windy or Niss Niss every day.

I'm a bummer/slummer kind of guy. Other than church, I wear shorts and a t-shirt every day and no tie even for church. I didn't wear a tie to work except for meetings.
