How is Peyton?
I watched my two nephews on Friday ages 2 and 4, they were so much fun. They like it when my son hangs out with them. We played fireman, you should have seen them running around with the hats on, putting out pretend fires. My 2 year old is such a peanut compared to his brother, he wants to do everything his big brother does.

| Because the law firm I work for is messed up. I had my one year last week, they praised me, had nothing negative to say about met, all the glory. Well I went on my speel and was very prepared---laid it all on the table everything I had done and how I had saved clients that other paralegals were losing. So I asked for a raise basically 3,000 more than what they were going to give me. While not a bad raise, I wanted them to reconsider because they said I should be making 500 more than what they are giving me, which annoyed me a great deal, why would you tell me that, but I was willing to compromise and allow them to give me 1,000 more, which if you think about it after taxes is very little within a years time, so its really not going to hurt them. Anyways the human resources lady said she would reconsider, but I highly doubt she truely did, she is the worst person I have ever worked with. | |
