| I think not. Tom Petty is just good. The guitar riffs were definitely real and Petty was in tune with his band the whole time. | |

| Not sure if he writes most of the songs/music but he/they do a great job of making simple rhythms into very good songs.

| On ESPN radio this morning they were talking about how bad his voice sounded (because of his age) so I doubt it.

i saw Tom Petty two summers ago and he sounded close to exactly the same last night night as he did two years ago. i might also add that he's probably in the top 10 best shows i've seen. to say he wasn't singing is absurd. | |

| I thought he sounded great. That was one the best halftime shows imo. At least it didnt have a bunch of punks hopping around and waving towels everywhere. Not to mention JJ letting her boob fall out.
