what are you doing to mark The Day?

I just got a big gem for my left hand in November, so my sweetie is pretty much off the Valentine's Day hook for a few years. But flowers are always nice.

I'm thinking: dinner at Senor Taco.

Har! Senor Taco is a Mexican restaurant on Broadway. Home of yummy margaritas and fish tacos. If that doesn't say "I love you," I don't know what does!

not sure since I don't know you, but this has to be a play on my comment, no?

people talk about fish tacos a lot, but nobody actually serves them.

so here's a Valentine story as related by a past CFO who was telling several Europeans about he and his wife's lack of money during grad school (keep in mind that the eurofolk have a hard (heart) time with English....He relates about not having any money for a gift so he convinces a local florist to give him a huge posterboard red heart at the end of business. He takes it home and when his wife arrives at the end of her waitressing shift he.."jumps out of bed with nothing but a heart on".
