| The Simpsons It is one of the worst shows on television. I'm tired of it riding it's reputation from the early nineties. It is not funny at all. The movie was also pretty lame. There are move funny moments in one episode of a 1993 Simpsons that there have been in this entire season or in the film. Seinfeld went off the air before they ran out of jokes. It's now too late for Simpsons. They need to go ahead and it end it before it gets any worse.
Anyway, the episode on right now is a pathetic excuse for comedy. |

| I agree The Simpsons is terrible. I think it when I was younger but I see now that its simply not funny. I dont how people still watch it. I never saw the movie and I dont plan too. There is much better comedy on TV.

| Was a huge fan in the early nineties, but have not watched the show on a regular basis in 5+ years. It did go downhill. |

Honestly, I feel like if The Simpsons started off with shows of this quality it never would have made it to season 2. It hasn't been good in a long time. Tonight's episode was a spoof on Nirvana. The writers had the nerve to slam anyone who liked Weird Al, while simultaneously putting out a show where the only jokes were the rewritten words of Nirvana songs. Awful. |

| Reminds me of that South Park episode: "Simpsons did it!".
I like it from time to time but honestly I can't tell you when I've watched a "new" episode.

| The Simpsons was nothing short of amazing during the middle of the series. They have gone too far with the series... I did like the movie. I can't stop watching though... Seen all the episodes and it would feel weird to stop...

| The last couple of seasons of South Park, Family Guy, and The Simpsons can't compare to some of their earlier years. Family Guy and South Park are still pretty good, but they aren't where they were.

| Yea, I have started to wonder if South Park has reached their peak and are on the descent like The Simpsons. |

| South Park has had some classics the last few years. I think that show has actually gotten a lot better than the first few years when they were basically just playing off the odd idea of little kids dropping swear words.
The episode about Native Americans, Michael Jackson, and Family Guy were right on. |

The episode about Native Americans, Michael Jackson, and Family Guy were right on. | The last couple seasons of South Park weren't nearly as good as the 5 or so seasons before IMO. Like the Simpsons, it appears to be on a roller coaster, and it is on its downside now... Don't get me wrong. It isn't bad, but the Nintendo Wii episdoe is garbage in comparison to episodes like the Rainforest Schmainforest Episode.

But every now and then they tackle an issue and somehow sum it all up better than any newscaster/analyst ever could through the adventure of four little kids. When they do that, I'm always impressed. I've missed a lot of episodes this season, so I can't comment too much. Still, it isn't like they've had 8 years of complete crap like The Simpsons have. |

| There's an episode where Cartman goes back in time to witness the Declaration of Independence and somehow relates that spirit of rebellion to the Get Out of Iraq/Support the Troops debate. That was gold. |
