From what I understand, people are just misidentifying other woodpeckers for the white-billed woodpeckers.

Not misidentified......I was hunting with a AR game warden.

SBE I its around 6 yrs old and still shoots like a charm. My friends have had trouble with ejector pins breaking but I have not. I keep one just in case.

It is the best shotgun that I have ever owned.

My buddies are starting to go with Browning super 10's but I like the SBE's
