I wouldn't pay for any of the bills, I'm not sure how small claims court works. we have a leash law in my area, I have to keep an eye out for the dog catcher. I take my dog up the road to a local park for dogs, and like to let him off the leash,to run around on the soccer field. They will give you a ticket if they catch your dog off the leash.

Now there's a whole new angle. We got a letter in the mail today from the landlord saying they don't want to rent the house anymore & we have to be out by 12/1. We're thinking maybe the neighbor called & complained.

I never liked this place anyway.

I'd tell the moron that I'll pay the shrink bill for her dog but she will have to pay the srink bill for our whole family due to the bs she is creating.
