| If you only have a grill as I do, you can close the vents and add a bunch of hickory or mesquite chips to add a lot of smoke flavor to anything you grill. |

Also I never understand why anyone would use regular charcoal. You can buy mesquite wood for virtually the same price, get much better smokey flavor, and none of that lighter fluid taste.
