I thought you coukd name it whatever you want. They just used Alexa as an example in the ad.

I'm actually not sure. The videos I'd seen before, they never chose a name. It was always just Alexa. The video at the top is one I hadn't seen. That seems to agree with what you're saying.

I read you can choose to name it. Alexa and Echo are the only options at this point.
