I have seen hotdogs and sausage covered over the past few days but we need to decide on the most important breakfast item. What is the best store brand bacon you can buy? My vote is Wright brand bacon
Benton's isn't really a "store brand," but it's the best and you can get it directly from them or at Mother Earth Meats. It is used by top chefs around the entire country.
Wright Brand and Fresh Market's Applewood bacon in the meat case are both very good too.
And crispy. And for a quick old school sammich
Toast, peanut butter, and bacon. Dad used to add lettuce tomato and mayo, but I just go toast, pb and bacon. Crunchy mofo.
Then go make yourself a pb and bacon on wheat toast. And peanut butter both sides with bacon broken into halves in the middle.
Then cut corner to corner.

It also minimizes bacon pullout when taking a bite. Nobody wants to look like a Dumbass while eating a sammich. Part of my entertainment is to get Firehouse to go, eat my chips, make a fancy drink and watch people look like jackasses eating sammiches.
