I feel like they will get the same stigma of blue tooth ear pieces. Every time you wear it out in public you will look like a total tool.

Seems like the only groups of people I see sporting a blue tooth are trailer trash rednecks and ghettofied homies.

Come to think of it, those groups at first appear to be opposites, but they've got more in common than different.

I was thinking the same thing. It seems to be a status thing.

Now.... Rewind 5-6 years ago and every wannabe business man was sporting them as if they were soooooo important.

for some of us, bluetooth headsets are required while working. My headset is a Blue Parrot B250xt, which is definitely goofy looking, so I never wear it outside of the truck.

And hopefully these same people will no longer being using these ridiculous glasses 5-6 years from now.

Probably be planted in their heads.

Google Glass will allow you to run and surf the net at the same time.

That's the key right there. I get using them in the car. People that wear them everywhere they go (grocery store, restaurant, etc) look like complete douches.

I've said for years that there is a fine line between the rednecks and the homies. They're the same people, just different color. Both groups have to sport the Bluetooth. Both can't leave anything "factory" on a vehicle.
