| | Super Moderator | Yep, sometimes I find time for a quick nap during the day, but as far as regular night sleep, I don't get much at all.
I've been trying Lunesta, but it just helps me fall asleep fast, I'm back up in about 3 hours. |

| | Senior Member | Around 7. Sometimes more, sometimes less. I could sleep all day if I wanted.

| | Senior Member | I generally sleep during the day and work at night.
That said, ever since I met OWB, I've pretty much given up on the whole idea of sleep. |

| | Steeler Six Pack! | you should have a before marriage/after marriage...or before kids/after kids category....
cause before marriage....8-9 hours....easy....
now, after marriage....7 is what i shoot for...anything over 7 nowadays is gravy.
and while i don't have kids yet, i'm sure i can look forward to decreasing my nightly allotment of sleep time....
