I could live but it would suck balls...would miss things like a good toothbrush, a regular shower, bug-free house, a car, 1080p, golfing, sports, Jimmy Johns' no. 4 Turkey Tom...

they did but I doubt it would stretch to where I would plan on living. After thinking about it I believe it's something I would actually enjoy. Raising my son and teaching him would probably be the best part

One of the reasons I love hiking is to get away from a lot of the noise and learn more about how to live a simpler life. But, even without electricity, plumbing and modern appliances we could get by pretty well. I'm thinking Swiss Family Robinson style living something like this:
