Exclude the maybe word and it would give you a much better chance provided your heart is in the right place.

By maybe I mean if it is his will he might show me where I need to go, hopefully in a way where I can see it well. I'm not too good at seeing signs so to speak so maybe he could show me that path and make it clearer to see.

I thought about you in church this morning Syxx. My prayer for you was that you find peace, and can trust and accept God's plan for you even if you don't know what that is until you get there. My personal belief is that if we go about our lives with the purpose of bringing glory to God, then where we are is where he wants us to be. I know I fail at this at times, and I am a sinner. But I believe in a God that loves me unconditionally, and I know without fail He never leaves me.

Thank you vollygirl! That means so much to me. I know God has a plan for me in this, and maybe this period of worry and uncertainty is part of that plan. I've heard a quote that says "worrying means you don't trust God", which has some truth to it, but everyone worries, especially about potential life-changing events. I'm trying not to worry and trust the Lord to handle it, but like most things in this, that is easier said than done. When I pray, I ask for his help, but I still can't help but try to carry some of the burden myself. It may be that until I get to a point where I can fully and truthfully lay it all at his feet that he can help me the most. Maybe help me pray that I can get to that point as well. Thank you.

Update: I want to thank you all again for your prayers. I was able to get a few of those many questions I had answered today. There is still plenty of uncertainty, but I was able to get some relief and feel better about the situation. Please continue to pray for me though, because I won't get all of the answers I need probably for another several months, and I know I will have difficulty dealing with that fact. But thank you all for your prayers! I know the Lord had a hand in it because the way things happened today was just too perfect to be coincidence. I give God all the praise and thank you all!!
