| I smashed my thumb almost two months ago and it hurt for maybe a week and a half. Had the exact same symptoms as you. Never hurt enough for me to attempt the pin or drill tricks and I never even thought about the idea of pooping on it. Probably would've been a huge help. No pain now, but I'm having to "wait" on the blood that piled up beneath the finger to grow out with the nail. It's a sllllllloooooooooooowwwwwwwwwww process evidently. It honestly looks 200 times worse now than it did when it actually hurt. I'll try to take a picture to show it. |

My nail looks like it has 2 tiers on it & it's been about 6 months. |

Will be glad when it stops hurting everytime I bump it on something
