Her dad is in bad health, so she can't come and me leaving burns too many bridges to come back. What would you do? | My sis lives in Claremont by the way.
She (g/f) obviously is under stress with the health of her dad. Hopefully you have been supporing her and did not break up because of your selfish needs. That said, I would leave for a while and rethink everything through. My wife and I broke up twice and three adult children later still married. So a breakup and a break aren't a end all. Now if she cheated on you, you are a fool to even be asking this.

| If you're in love with each other and you have a pretty good relationship most of the time, stay with her. If it's a rocky relationship, it's probably best to break it off. |

| Does she work? Do you support her? If the answer combo is no-yes, then GTFO, Also, if she throws the dad situation in your face, then GTFO. How many chances have you given her? Whats her deal?
There are way too many unknown factors to make any sort of educated decision.

| | VN GURU | The fact your asking this, tells me that if you do leave, it is something you will question yourself about for the rest of your life. On the other hand, if you broke up because you caught her cheating or she wants to date other people, different answer. |

| To update, I left California yesterday and will be home tomorrow night, and I think it is the right move no matter how much it pains me to do it. |

| I'm sure it's not easy on you. But if you felt that was the best thing for you to do, then it's the best thing for her too.
