I Need Some Headphones

Any suggestions? I want to get a good pair that actually work after a month, unlike most of the one's that I have used. What's the best pair that are durable with mowing, working out, shooting basketball, running, etc.?

I bought some a year ago at best buy that have been awesome! Made by the company that makes the Dr Dre beats but they are blue. Have an in-ear support and they stay put. I mow, shoot hoops, and golf in them. Expensive though, $100+.

They will be worth it. I'll take a look at Best Buy and see what I can find.

My main ones are Sennheiser PX-100s. Very well reviewed but they are an over the ear (but open) style which probably won't work.

I also have some Sennheiser buds that are attached to an arm that goes from ear to ear and they stay put during sports. They are PMX something and as a bonus they are orange. Not as well reviewed as the old PX-100s though

I am very against earbuds. They are terrible for your ears. I have a pair of Sony noise canceling around-the-ear headphones. Sound quality is great, very durable and cOmfortable. The noise canceling is awesome too. I think they run about $120 and come with a nice leather case.

The only thing I don't like is that the bass response is kinda weak, even for headphones

I've had a set of audio-technica active noise canceling head phones for over 3 years. $95 on amazon back when i got them . They come with a nice hardcase for storage. I use them all the time. Great for mowing. Not sure how the over the ear would work for hoops.

If you're doing these kinda activities there's no need to spend a fortune you can find a good pair for less than $50. I got a pair of Scoshe earbuds over a year ago & they have been the best I've had. Has in-line mic & controls. Paid $40 on eBay. I have a pair of Ludacris by Soul earbuds that aren't as good & I paid $75 for them. Well they aren't bad just the way the cord is made causes them to pull out of your ear & they don't seem as loud.

I just saw the part where you're looking for headphones to do physical activity with. Obviously my suggestion won't work for you haha.

I had some of those, they sucked. I'm a huge fan of Bose too, but I was terribly disappointed. My Monster Sports I have now sound terrific and came with 5 diff sizes of ear cushions and 4 diff size stabilizers. Took a little bit to get a comfortable combo but now I love them.

I think the Bose sound really good, but they're overpriced. Granted, they should be more expensive than the average brand, but not that much more expensive.

I had a $30 pair of Sonys from Walmart that sounded better than the Bose, but the wire was so skinny they only lasted about 2 months.

Hmmm interesting. In my experience, I've gotten what I paid for. The cheap headphones sucked, and the expensive ones are great.

Me too. The Bose sounded good, but not great. Everything else I have from Bose sounds great. My Monsters sound much better, but they should for about $50 more.
