200,000!!

My 2000 Toyota Tacoma tripped 200,000 miles this morning on the way to work!!

Yep, that's what one of my old high school teachers told me not too long ago. He has a '90 model I think and I remember him driving that thing when me and his youngest son were in elementary school!!

Once they fixed the rust problem with Toyota trucks, they are good for the long haul (no pun intended)

One of my fathers good friend up in Butler county, Ky has a 83 model 4 wheel drive it's rusted out but still a hoss.

Toyota trucks are beasts when it comes to putting the miles on them. That's why you hardly ever see them for sale and when you do they are a fortune because they are worth it.

I had a '93 Silverado with a little over 250k before I wrecked it. Had some minor problems with it but overall it was a good truck. I'm currently driving a 2002 Mitsubishi with 208k and it's one of the most dependable vehicles I've ever driven. Changed the starter a couple of years ago but otherwise it's been absolutely perfect. I think it will get me to at least 300k before something major goes out on it.
