I think you would have enjoyed Boston, but it's hard to pass up an established community where your wife knows she'll be happy and a considerably lower cost of living.

thanks, I think I would have liked it as well, but I couldn't pass up NWA again, and the cost of living difference

Well both of the Appraisers have come through to determine what my Company will buy my house for if I don't sell it on my own...It should take about 10 days to get the offer back, then from that date I have 90 days to sell it, or take thier offer...

I try to keep it active over there

plus I joined right in the middle of the Mustain fiasco, and was banned right out of the gate...then got back in

I haven't been over there for almost the whole 3 years, since I moved to Chicago

but given the coaching situation and I'm moving back, I thought I would jump back in

the Gruden thread and Fulmer thread, can keep it entertaining

well I shouldn't be surprised, since this is my 7th move with my company..but the appraisals came back today, and needless to say it's not what I wanted to see..
So it will be a tense 90 days to sell it before I have to take thier offer


Also had the chance to go to NWA Wedneday and Thursday for work, so I got to check out a few houses..

My wife is going down the 10th through the 12th, to find one..

The number 1 house on my list prior to going down there, had been on the market 300+ days, and went under contract this past weekend. So I didn't even get to look at it

well the wife's been down there 2 days going through houses with a venagance...
she's been through about 30. She's going through 2 of the one's she saw today again omorrow
i really hope she finds one she likes, this can get expensive flying her down to look at houses

i did surprise her with a early mothers day massage for tonight..figured she would be stressed out after rhe last 2 days

I found out what the Arkansas State Bird was when I lived in Blytheville years back. Northeast Ark has the biggest damn Mosquito's Ive ever seen and I spent a summer in Bayou country.

They would come in Swarms off the Rice Patties and from a distance the swarm looked like a Cloud of Smoke. When them things bit you they felt like Horseflies
