41,000 eligible
6,900 selected for promotion.

| Thanks for the kind words. I am still amazed that I made it. I know alot of people who didn't and I am very humble about it. I know how it feels to get passed over for promotion. You congratulate and try not to show your emotion, but it hurts down inside.
