| Based on your photo, you don't have much to lose. I bet the girls in the zone are all over you with a mug like that.

| Weighed in at 235# again last night. I've not gained or lost a pound all fall, even though I work out every night. Seems as though I'm just replacing fat with muscle, which is quite alright with me. However, I'd like to be down below 200# before cycling season. |

Get a tape measure, and calipers if you like. Those are much better indicators of success, as are the fit of your clothes. |

| Vastly...that godamn stability ball is fixin to get thrown out. Plyocide is worst than Plyometrics. Ab Ripper is doable...all new crunches. Pushups on medicine balls takes a few to get the hang of. Not as many pullups in Phase 1 as there was in P90X. I've only been doing it a week. My initial thoughts: wanna get ripped- do P90X. Wanna get in great shape-do P90X 2. We'll see how it goes when Phase 2 rolls around |

Supposedly as effective as doing crunches.
