| Are you Arian's mom or a foster mother?
Either way welcome, and thanks for the good work! |

| His rehab is going well. It's been a little rough since he's never really had injuries before....certainly no serious ones. But he's handled it well. He's been running some but is working mostly on strength and endurance. He'll then work on some speed. There should be no reason that he's not 100% by the start of summer. He just won't have any contact til two-a-days I believe. But so far so good.
Thanks for the well wishes. I'm still trying to learn how to work this site. It's different from other ones I know. Any suggestions? Btw, I love your choices of emoticons. :biggrin2: |

As for the board software, the only tip I can think of is that you can click on this beside a topic to take you to the new posts. In other words it won't take you to the beginning of a thread, but to the new posts in that thread. Try it and you will see what I mean.
Also alot of people like the "Fast Reply" button at the bottom to add a quick response.
Other than that, hopefully it's pretty self explanatory but feel free to ask any questions. |

He is a pleasure to watch. I remember after a loss, outstanding game by Arian, he was kneeling on the field, helmet off, dismayed, probably wondering how they lost. Proves he has a ton of class and heart. Very glad hes a Vol! :welcome: |

| It was a disappointing season, but I really think that you'll see a huge difference this fall. Everything seems different....attitude, work ethic, desire, accountability, production. The guys are really working hard. They don't want another season like last. |
