I don't know if this helps or not, but
I just got approved for a loan to upgrade my single wide to a double wide! You better bet you britches that I'm going on a jort shopping spree and taking the wife and kids out to the Golden Corral!~ We're eatin fancy tonight! Yeehaw!

I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy... well, you got me... if/when Florida goes through a decade of down years... know this...
