| Fans cited at high school graduation
Is fair to cite a person for public disorderly conduct for applauding their graduate after their name is called instead of waiting to the end. Granted they were warned ahead of time to hold applause until the end but were fined $262 for not doing so. It happened to 12 people at Byrnes high school where I graduated just the other night. |

| My daughter is graduating tomorrow night. The principle has warned the graduating class that this is a "solemn" event and there should be no cheering or celebration. Looks like I may have my own citations soon!! haha | |
