My friend had a run in with a preacher......

*Story from his message.*

I'm talking about a real run in. He pulled out in front of me in his shiny new Lincoln LS and I hit him. Good thing I was in a rental car.

Now the good part. I got out (everyone was okay) and asked him why he pulled out in front of me. He said he was sorry.

There were several that stopped that had seen him pull out and when the police got there, he denied pulling out in front of me and said he was in the lane and I hit him.

There was this gentleman there and said something like, "no sir, you pulled out". The preacher said, (and again, I'm paraphrasing) "I have you know I am a man of God and would not lie about this".

There was another man that said , "I don't care if you're Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Ghandi, and John Wayne all rolled into one, you pulled out in front of him.

Anyhow, he got a ticket. Wouldn't have even mentioned it but the person that said, "matthew, mark, etc" tickled everyone standing around.
